These are on Dr. Beth Chance's website at California Polytechnic
State University. Dr.
Chance is a leader in the statistics education reform movement.
I attended a minicourse given by her and Dr.
Alan Rossman of Dickinson College (Carlisle, PA) at the Joint Mathematics
Meetings in New Orleans in January, 2001. Subsequently, I enrolled
ASU as a tester institution for their "Data-Oriented, Active Learning,
Post-Calculus Introduction to Statistical Concepts, Methods, and Theory"
activities. Check out the site http://www.rossmanchance.com/
for more information on their work.
